When we train for strength, we improve every aspect of physical fitness. Stronger people are healthier, more capable and have a better quality of life.
Any class or personal trainer can make you hot, sweaty, and tired. At Taylor’s Fitness we can produce predictable, rapid, measurable progress over the long-term. There is nothing random about what and how we teach and we will be the first to tell you that what we teach is not complex. It's simple, but hard. The focus of our approach is squats, deadlifts, bench, and standing press.

I will work with you to understand your individual goals and help you understand where to start, how to progress and what to expect as your training continues. We take the guesswork out of how to get strong and you’ll be able to see measurable progress as you get stronger from workout to workout.
